1 x 2 bed bungalow
5 x 3 bed houses
1 x 4 bed house
Littleton crescent

30 November 2006 -South Staffs Housing Association proposes to redevelop
their existing site at Kempson Road, Penkridge, due to problems with the roof
structure. It is proposed to redevelop the site to provide 4 x 2 bedroom
houses, 4 x 3 bedroom houses, 2 x 2 bedroom flats and 1 x 2 bedroom bungalow.
As part of the same contract the Association also proposes to redevelop a garage
court and garden land to the rear of 11 and 13 Littleton Crescent, Penkridge, to
provide 10 x 2 bedroom flats. It is proposed that these two sites be
redeveloped to provide much needed affordable accommodation within the Penkridge
area which, due to the mix of property types, also meets the varied housing
needs of the community.
The Association is currently discussing the scheme and alternative parking solutions with South Staffs. Council's Planning Department and it hopes to make a planning application in the near future which will appear on their website and will be publicly available for comment by members of the Public and the Parish Council.
