Penkridge Neighbourhood Network (PNN) |
Objectives
To bring together a group of Penkridge residents, the Police and various
agencies to work together to address neighbourhood crime, nuisance and
anti-social behaviour.
Terms of Reference
1 To meet together every six to eight weeks in order to exchange information
about misdemeanours, nuisance and anti-social behaviour in and around the
village of Penkridge and to determine ways to address them, working in
partnership with the Police and other agencies.
2 To work towards a ban on alcohol consumption in designated public places.
3 To communicate with each other in between meetings and call additional
meetings when required.
4 To liaise with JOG (Joint Operations Group) and request their help when
required.
5 To encourage the community to report to the PNN any incidents or matters of
concern, using the Parish Council telephone number at the Haling Dene Centre to
leave messages that can be passed on to the PNN.
6 To report regularly to the Parish Council and the Penkridge Community on
issues dealt with and progress achieved.
7 To encourage volunteers from the community to assist the work of the PNN and
the Neighbourhood Police Unit.
